We, at old shenfield place, are happy to announce that our very own head housekeeper, diane, has been shortlisted for the prestigious essex care sector awards.

The Essex Care Sector Awards is an annual event taking place on Thursday 6th July that recognises individuals who go above and beyond in delivering outstanding care services within the region.

Diane Sargent, who has been shortlisted for the award, has been working at Old Shenfield Place for the past six years and has been instrumental in providing quality care for our residents.

As part of her role, Diane works closely with her colleagues to ensure that the home is well-kept and clean at all times to provide the residents with a comfortable space to live in.

Diane expressed her gratitude and excitement about the nomination and said: “I am incredibly honoured to be shortlisted for the Essex Care Sector Awards. It is a recognition of the hard work and passion I have put into ensuring that our residents feel comfortable and cared for.

“Seeing their smiles and knowing that I am making a difference in their lives is the most rewarding part of my job. I would like to thank the entire team at Old Shenfield Place for their support and collaboration in creating a home-like atmosphere for our residents.”
